We take original Casio watches and customize them one by one, with a decal or hand-painted. So you can wear something that is truly yours: your favourite anime, your favourite film, your family… whatever you like.

What we do

We work with Casio because their watches are reliable, affordable, good-looking and have a long history: good materials, good quality and a price almost anyone can afford.

We give them a twist: we change the dial so the watch has personality and no two are alike. What we love most is bringing together two things you like — a watch you enjoy wearing and something that is part of you, from your everyday life or your childhood — in an accessory that is yours alone.

Hand-painted

We paint the dial ourselves, with a brush: mixing colours and drawing ultra-fine strokes on a surface the size of a coin. It takes a lot of patience and precision, and the result is a one-of-a-kind piece.

How we do it

The designEvery design takes time. We fit it to the size of the dial and place it around the central hand post, so it looks good and stays readable.
Opening the watchIt is precise work that takes patience and focus: we open the Casio carefully so nothing inside gets damaged.
The dialWe apply the decal or paint the dial by hand, depending on the watch you chose.
Closing and checkingWe put it back together and check it. It reaches you as new: no marks, no scratches, never worn.
Packing and shippingWe pack it carefully so it arrives in perfect condition and ship it fast, with tracking.

Why we do it

Garage Watches was born from our passion for watches. We felt they were missing a bit of joy: that everyone should be able to wear their own, different from everyone else’s.

For us, combining something you love wearing on your wrist with something that is truly part of who you are — what you love today or what you loved as a kid — is just amazing. It is a watch that is always with you and reminds you of what matters to you.
