Data controller

Garage Watches, reachable at hola@garagewatches.com, is the controller for personal data collected on this site.

What we collect and why

• Order details (name, address, email) to process your purchase and shipment — legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Email address for drop announcements, only if you subscribe — legal basis: consent.
• Email address to send you your welcome code (€10 off your first order) and, afterwards, news and offers, only if you ask for it and tick the box — legal basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any of our emails. Paying with that code uses the same email address, so the code cannot be used in someone else’s name.
• Your email and customer code, if you sign up for the lifetime discount — legal basis: consent. We store no passwords: signing up does not create an account you log into, only a discount code.
• WhatsApp or email messages, to answer your questions.

Cookies & analytics

This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies, and we don't run any tracking tools (like Google Analytics). Your shopping cart is stored only in your own browser's local storage (localStorage) so it isn't lost while you browse — that data is never sent to Garage Watches or any third party.

Who we share data with

Payment processor (Stripe) to charge your order, and our shipping carrier to deliver it. We never sell your data to third parties.

Retention

Order data is kept as long as tax and consumer-protection law requires. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, or request portability, by emailing hola@garagewatches.com. You can also file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
