Where do we ship?

We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and the rest of the European Union. We don't currently ship to the Canary Islands.

Timelines

Every mod is hand-built: allow 1 day of processing (4 days for hand-painted watches) before your order leaves the workshop. From there, carrier transit is 3 business days to mainland Spain, or 3–5 business days to the Balearic Islands and the rest of the EU.

Shipping cost

• Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: free.
• Rest of the European Union: €15 per order (Correos, tracked).

In the cart you choose where your order is going and shipping is added before you pay. We do not ship outside the European Union.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return your order, no questions asked — see the full legal detail in our terms of service. Here's how it works:

1. Message us on WhatsApp to let us know you want to return your order.
2. We'll confirm the return and send you the address to ship it to.
3. You send it back; that cost is on you, unless the issue is on us (a defective or wrong item).
4. Once we receive it and confirm it's in the expected condition, we process your refund — including the original shipping cost, if you paid one.

You can try the watch on to see if it's what you expected, the way you would in a physical shop. If it comes back showing signs of wear beyond that (scratches, a marked strap, a damaged decal or paintwork...), we'll deduct the value it lost from that use from your refund — something that shouldn't happen under normal handling, but covers us if it does.

Damaged or faulty item?

Send us photos of the issue and we'll sort it out — replacement or refund, at no cost to you.
